On Wednesday August 20, the Minnesota Supreme Court will release its decision in the case of Daniel Garcia-Mendoza v. 2003 Chevy Tahoe. The issue in this case is whether the Exclusionary Rule applies to civil forfeitures based upon alleged criminal conduct.
